About the role

  • GTM Systems Manager maintaining Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and billing systems for Scribe’s work-intelligence platform. Supporting revenue operations, production automation, and order-to-cash integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns
  • Own production support by triaging outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating within SLA
  • Maintain accurate LeanData routing graphs for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
  • Operate the enrichment stack, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene
  • Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead-routing configuration
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk
  • Complete well-defined tickets for the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration in partnership with Engineering
  • Grow from well-defined execution toward ownership of more ambiguous, higher-stakes systems problems

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
  • Strong Salesforce administration fundamentals, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and sandbox-to-production change management
  • Ability to build cleanly within an existing architecture
  • Willingness to perform day-to-day administration, ticket triage, and production support
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in sandbox before production deployment
  • Daily use of AI-native tools such as Claude or Cursor
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (nice to have)
  • Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms (nice to have)
  • Exposure to a Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration (nice to have)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models (nice to have)
  • Must be based permanently in the United States or Canada
