- Present comprehensive design solutions to the organization, advocating for user needs and business goals.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in user experience, interaction design, or digital media design
- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, Social Sciences, or Information Technology, or defined equivalency.
- Certification in UX design.
- Certification in design thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of user experience design methods (design thinking, user research, information architecture, user interface design, interaction design, and user testing).
- Advanced knowledge of design systems.
- Advanced knowledge of visual design and communication principles.
- Proficient knowledge of design programs and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS, prototyping tools).
- Proficient knowledge of accessibility design.
- Fundamental knowledge of agile development or product management practices.
