Responsibilities
Translate partnership agreements into a concrete project plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and owners

Build and maintain the execution roadmap across technical, clinical, and operational tracks
Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams (Clinical, Care, Marketing, Ops) and external enterprise partners
Run project meetings, own the agenda, and close action items
Keep roles, responsibilities, and expectations clear across all parties — internally and externally
Identify and move through blockers without waiting to be asked
Drive day-to-day progress and hold workstreams accountable
Maintain momentum independently — this role does not require heavy oversight
Flag risks early with a recommendation, not just a problem
Run a consistent project cadence (weekly updates, stakeholder check-ins)
Provide clear, concise progress reporting to the COO
Escalate issues early with context and a proposed path forward
Map, scope, and implement processes to serve external partners and organize internal teams
Build repeatable playbooks for how we run enterprise implementations and reporting
