Responsibilities
Partner with account managers and sales teams to support discovery, solution design, and technical validation during pre-sales engagements
Lead or contribute to technical discovery sessions, workflow assessments, and stakeholder discussions to understand customer goals and constraints
Translate clinical, operational, and IT requirements into practical, implementable solution designs with clear scope and delivery considerations
Support product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) with a strong focus on feasibility, timelines, and dependencies
Act as the bridge between sales and delivery by setting realistic expectations for implementation approach, effort, and outcomes
Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of digital and automation solutions, from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination, ensuring alignment across internal and customer teams
Serve as the primary technical and delivery contact for customers during implementation, guiding configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities
Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, and best-practice guidance to support adoption and operational readiness
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests, escalating as needed to keep projects on track
Support post-go-live activities, including optimization, enhancements, and identification of follow-up opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback and implementation insights
Support continuous improvement by contributing to implementation standards, templates, and best practices
Identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, or additional automation based on customer usage and outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, project management, technical consulting, or solution delivery, with exposure to pre-sales activities
Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, including EHRs, integrations, workflows, and regulatory considerations
Hands-on experience managing or supporting technology deployments and customer onboarding
Ability to translate high-level requirements into structured project plans and executable solutions
Comfortable engaging with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders at varying levels
Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and digital health platforms is an asset
