About the role

Software Project Manager facilitating Oncology Information System implementations and upgrades. Responsible for project coordination and managing cross-functional interactions for improved customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Facilitates Oncology Information System implementations and upgrades
Coordinates all aspects of project implementation for a client, from initiation to final acceptance
Manages schedules and aligns forecasts to meet business needs
Involves extensive interaction with Sales, Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams
Focused on delivery of new or enhanced products for customer satisfaction using Technology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) adoption

Relevant experience in Project Management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem solving and risk analysis skills
Confidence in presenting to teams
Strong customer service skills
Experience with high-profile and large corporate account Project/Program Management
Extensive project scoping and planning skills
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
General knowledge of network infrastructure and design, client/server architecture, Cloud-based hosting, and software implementation process
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records software in a healthcare environment, especially as applied to Oncology is desired
PMP certification is highly desired
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
Bachelor's degree or greater preferred
