Responsibilities
- Facilitates Oncology Information System implementations and upgrades
- Coordinates all aspects of project implementation for a client, from initiation to final acceptance
- Manages schedules and aligns forecasts to meet business needs
- Involves extensive interaction with Sales, Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams
- Focused on delivery of new or enhanced products for customer satisfaction using Technology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) adoption

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem solving and risk analysis skills
- Confidence in presenting to teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with high-profile and large corporate account Project/Program Management
- Extensive project scoping and planning skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- General knowledge of network infrastructure and design, client/server architecture, Cloud-based hosting, and software implementation process
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records software in a healthcare environment, especially as applied to Oncology is desired
- PMP certification is highly desired
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
- Bachelor's degree or greater preferred
