About the role
- Project Coordinator managing moderate complexity development projects, liaising between technical teams and stakeholders in Quebec, Canada. Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project plans;
- Manage the lifecycle of lower-complexity projects, from planning through execution;
- Ensure project activities comply with applicable policies and procedures;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery;
- Work with stakeholders and team members to establish priorities and schedules;
- Prepare detailed project plans for all project phases;
- Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure operational follow-up;
- Report on project progress, dependencies, risks, issues and budget;
- Communicate project status regularly to team members, stakeholders and management;
- Support senior project managers in report preparation and change management;
- As a member of the project management office, act as an ambassador for harmonizing practices across the organization and actively participate in the evolution of tools and processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has at least five (5) years of experience in the technology field, including at least two (2) years as an IT delivery coordinator;
- Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has worked in a technological environment involving at least one of the following products: Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Java;
- Demonstrate that the proposed candidate has completed an assignment of at least six (6) months in a government or para-governmental organization.
