Responsibilities
Conduct cost, schedule and document management functions on project(s)
Deliver day-to-day project tracking and communications with the clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders
Prepare and distribute project correspondence and meeting notes
Review, monitor and record all contracts, invoices, change orders and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors
Support the preparation of regular Progress Reports (internal and external)
Participate and coordinate project team activities and interact effectively with clients, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and other consultants or stakeholders
Coordinate and participate in proposal writing and business development activities
Supports project quality control by maintaining Quality Management plans, coordinating reviews and ensuring accuracy and compliance of drawings, documents, and submissions through checks, coordination, and quality review oversight
Maintains the Risk Register, coordinates risk identification activities, and monitors updates throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a related field
1-3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Acquired project management experience through on-the-job consulting projects
