About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure the application of uniform and consistent project management practices and procedures.
- Recommend improvements to work processes to optimize project execution, control and monitoring.
- Act as project manager for certain engagements, assuming responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Support project managers in the implementation of health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) practices.
- Supervise, coach and lead project managers and project coordinators.
- Collaborate with teams to recruit, mobilize, develop, mentor and lead members of the project management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with more than 10 years of progressive experience managing a broad range of major, complex projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary, technically complex projects (fees of $2M and above, or comparable level of complexity).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously across different disciplines and geographic regions.
- Strong business acumen, including solid knowledge of financial aspects, contract management and overall business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
