Responsibilities
Ensure the application of uniform and consistent project management practices and procedures.
Recommend improvements to work processes to optimize project execution, control and monitoring.
Act as project manager for certain engagements, assuming responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
Support project managers in the implementation of health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) practices.
Supervise, coach and lead project managers and project coordinators.
Collaborate with teams to recruit, mobilize, develop, mentor and lead members of the project management team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with more than 10 years of progressive experience managing a broad range of major, complex projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven success delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary, technically complex projects (fees of $2M and above, or comparable level of complexity).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously across different disciplines and geographic regions.
Strong business acumen, including solid knowledge of financial aspects, contract management and overall business operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
