Responsibilities
Contribute to the daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of Stantec’s ServiceNow environment.
Implement custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and third-party tools.
Build and enhance automation workflows for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules to improve operational efficiency.
Manage the overall health of the platform, perform upgrades, and ensure high availability.
Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and IT teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and create detailed documentation for new and modified features.
Ensure solutions comply with security and data protection standards.
