About the role
- Associate Product Manager in Toronto at Statflo, enhancing customer engagement and workflow for their sales acceleration platform. Working closely with engineering and sales teams to optimize processes and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and triage incoming requests, review, refine, and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and CS
- Investigate data issues and own platform configurations
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements
- Bridge the gap between Sales handoff and go-live
Requirements
- 2+ years at a SaaS company (Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Engineering or similar)
- Familiar understanding of relational databases
- Comfortable working with APIs
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity
