Responsibilities
- Serves as the lead scientific resource for RWLP management
- Works with RWLP management to develop global business opportunities
- Provides oversight of selected projects to meet customer expectations
- Guides development of scientific materials in alignment with sales strategy
- Improves organizational processes and methodologies for site management tasks
- Develops business opportunities in post marketing safety
- Consults on clinical programs and protocol designs
- Facilitates scientific advisory boards for safety studies
Requirements
- Lead scientific resource for RWLP management and Company senior management
- Expertise in multiple scientific areas
- Experience in bid defenses and project proposals
- Provide scientific executive oversight of selected projects
- Guide development of abstracts, presentations, and articles for industry journals
- Build organizational capacity and improve scientific processes
- Collaborate across the organization for business opportunities in post marketing safety commitments
- Provide oversight of study start-up and ongoing management
- Maintain understanding of clinical guidelines and regulatory expectations
- Develop relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders, and clinical investigators.
