About the role
- ServiceNow Architect designing advanced solutions for workflows and integrations at TD. Leading efforts in automation and platform evolution to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions across workflows, integrations, and custom scoped applications
- Architect end-to-end workflow solutions leveraging Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scoped applications
- Design and govern REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server integrations, and Workflow Data Fabric configurations
- Lead adoption of Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and advanced automation patterns
- Partner with Architecture Team to define development standards and mentor developers
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3-4 years specifically in architectural design
- Experience with large-scale workflow automation, IntegrationHub, custom scoped app development, or platform-wide rollouts preferred
- Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer
- Deep understanding of ITIL v4 Frameworks
- Required Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IntegrationHub or App Engine preferred, Micro-Certification – Now Assist, Flow Designer preferred
