Requirements
Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience in financial services, business banking, commercial lending support, or relationship management support (asset)
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, client-ready materials
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to learning and applying Indigenous cultural competency and relationship best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning internal systems (e.g., CRM/BB Hub)
Ability to travel within the region as required, including occasional overnight travel
Relationship-first mindset grounded in respect, trust, and reciprocity
Comfort working across multiple lines of business
Good judgement and ability to escalate when required
