About the role

  • Learning and Development Designer at TD building capabilities for leaders and employees through strategic learning solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with internal L&D partners, business and HR stakeholders to consult, assess learning needs, recommend solutions, and design high-quality, multi-modal blended learning solutions
  • Leads end-to-end learning consulting on complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Designs and delivers scalable learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Owns and leads large, cross-functional design/development projects
  • Collaborates with internal teams to influence and partner with senior stakeholders to shape learning strategies
  • Builds team capability through onboarding, coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across L&D

Requirements

  • 7+ years related experience in Learning & Development
  • Relevant Learning & Development certification/degree is an asset (i.e., CTDP, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, eLearning design/development, etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellence
  • Subject matter expert in instructional design/development consultation and principles of adult learning
  • Moderate knowledge of practice of project management
  • Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
