About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting the planning and execution of a roadbuilding project in Alberta. Collaborating on subcontractor management and executing project controls for successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors, support meetings, agreements, and project oversight
  • Execute project controls: scheduling (P6), progress tracking, quantities, productivity, and reporting
  • Support contract management including RFIs, change tracking, documentation, and identifying risks/opportunities
  • Coordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting
  • Collaborate daily with safety, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of roadbuilding, infrastructure and/or bridge construction experience is highly regarded
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Project controls, subcontractor management and reporting is essential
  • Technical proficiency in Primavera P6, InEight, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Valid class 5 license with a clear driver's abstract
  • Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
