Senior Customer Solutions Architect connecting customers with technology solutions across AI, network connectivity, and cybersecurity. Driving sales success and developing customer relationships in Mid-Market segment, based in Alberta or British Columbia.
Responsibilities
Connect customers with industry-leading technology solutions, such as AI, network connectivity and cybersecurity
Drive end-to-end sales success, leading customer discovery, creating comprehensive technology roadmaps and contributing to deal closure
Develop relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and challenge client technical teams constructively to align solutions with business needs
Play a crucial role in pre-sales architecture, enabling customers to prioritize initiatives
Leverage TELUS' wide range of technology solutions and thought leadership to present a holistic view of how technology can integrate and enable customers' strategic initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; be seen as a peer and advisor to executive-level clients
Technical understanding across multiple-solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions
Be an advocate for the customer by leveraging the appropriate resources within TELUS and our partners
Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ technology offerings
Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective
Passionate about continuous learning and personal development
Strong asset: Sales training/account and territory planning
Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan
Understand the IT/Telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada
