Responsibilities
Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities
Collaborate on critical project execution
Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes
Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes
Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to
Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels to achieve expected performance and results
Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure area results
Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
Requirements
Less than 4 years of related professional experience
Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; specialization in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics
Excellent Office Suite skills
Self-driven and self-starter
Strong decision-making skills
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
