Responsibilities

  • Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities
  • Collaborate on critical project execution
  • Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes
  • Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes
  • Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to
  • Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels to achieve expected performance and results
  • Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure area results
  • Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Less than 4 years of related professional experience
  • Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; specialization in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics
  • Excellent Office Suite skills
  • Self-driven and self-starter
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Loves to learn and able to execute high-level results
