Senior Product Marketing Manager shaping launches, positioning, and customer proof for Thanx, a restaurant loyalty and guest engagement platform. Building AI-enabled marketing systems and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
Own product-level positioning and messaging for assigned platform areas
Build positioning frameworks, drive sales and CS adoption, and revise messaging as the market and roadmap change
Own product launches end to end, including tiering, goals, tactics, cross-functional execution, and reporting
Own the customer proof library and produce reference stories, case studies, one-pagers, slides, use-case documentation, and other proof assets
Interview newly launched customers and internal teams to identify outcomes and stories
Build enablement, competitive positioning, objection handling, and training for sales, CS, and partners
Measure enablement usage and impact on win rates
Own market and competitive intelligence for restaurant operators and competitors
Inform positioning, roadmap discussions, and executive decision-making with market insights
Produce customer-win content for social and partner channels
Apply product marketing to Help Center and in-dashboard content, including embedded video and feature context
Build reusable AI-enabled tools and workflows for content production and other repeatable work
Use AI and internal analytics tools to investigate customer outcomes and accelerate content creation
Experiment with video, podcasts, live events, office hours, and community forums to improve distribution
Report to the VP of Marketing and operate as a peer to sales, CS, product, and partnerships leadership
Lead cross-functional launch teams without formal authority and brief executives on market performance
At six months, run at least one Tier-1 launch, achieve sales adoption of messaging, and publish customer proof
At twelve months, own positioning, provide executive market intelligence, and improve launch efficiency
Requirements
8+ years in B2B SaaS, including 5–7 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely adjacent role
Ownership of at least one major product launch end to end, including strategy and tradeoffs
Positioning or messaging work adopted by sales and customer success
Portfolio of written work including case studies, product content, and enablement materials
Experience conducting customer interviews and finding the story inside them
Strong instincts for learning core personas and adapting material across prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners
Track record of working productively with sales and customer success and creating enablement content those teams used
Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct management authority and presenting to executives
Comfort with video and multimedia formats
Restaurant or hospitality technology experience is a plus
Ability to work with intensity, including evenings and weekends when required
