About the role
- Digital Project Coordinator supporting digital project delivery and team coordination. Collaborating with teams to ensure on-time execution and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sr. Digital Project Manager, development team and QA Specialist ensuring smooth project workflows and clear communication between teams.
- Assist with the coordination of project activities to support successful execution
- Scheduling and resource planning
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Monitoring costs, resources and scope to ensure projects stay on budget and in scope
- Communicating project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders.
- Participating in project briefings with key stakeholders and ensuring expectations are set on deliverables
- Facilitating and leading internal meetings
- Perform regular testing, verify fixes and retest functionality as needed
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a project management or coordination role, preferably within the digital marketing agency.
- Basic understanding of digital workflows
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Teams, PM Tools, and workflow systems.
