About the role

  • Digital Project Coordinator supporting digital project delivery and team coordination. Collaborating with teams to ensure on-time execution and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sr. Digital Project Manager, development team and QA Specialist ensuring smooth project workflows and clear communication between teams.
  • Assist with the coordination of project activities to support successful execution
  • Scheduling and resource planning
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Monitoring costs, resources and scope to ensure projects stay on budget and in scope
  • Communicating project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders.
  • Participating in project briefings with key stakeholders and ensuring expectations are set on deliverables
  • Facilitating and leading internal meetings
  • Perform regular testing, verify fixes and retest functionality as needed

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project management or coordination role, preferably within the digital marketing agency.
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Teams, PM Tools, and workflow systems.
