About the role

  • Project Manager leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital health solutions at Think Research. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring proper delivery approaches (Waterfall or Agile) are implemented
  • Identify and suggest ways to improve project workflows to enhance customer-centric implementation
  • Manage workload and resource tasks for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to internal stakeholders and client leads
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure customers realize value from products throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Identify project risks and escalate blockers to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in the development, execution, and close-out of contracts and project statements of work
  • Lead project-related meetings with internal teams and external client project teams

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of project management experience within a healthcare environment
  • Experience with large complex projects is preferred; technology projects are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree required; in a healthcare related discipline an asset
  • Robust knowledge of project management principles, and strong ability to utilize various project management principles, proficiency in project management tools
  • Project Management certifications are an asset
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with customers
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
