Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Schedule appointments and share helpful information
  • Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
  • Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada
  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Comfort using technology and learning new systems
  • The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service is an asset — but a genuine desire to care for others is what really counts.
