Requirements
2+ years of professional administrative or office support experience
Experience in a boutique law firm, real estate office, accounting firm, or other professional services is a strong asset
Genuine eagerness to learn about wealth management and private finance
Strong personal finance interest and curiosity about the private wealth ecosystem
Meticulous attention to detail, accurate data entry, careful editing, and systematic paperwork management
Strong discretion, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable learning cloud-based CRMs or tracking software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business leaders and high-earning professionals
