About the role

  • B2B Media Buyer managing paid media on Meta along with creative strategy and content. Running group coaching for agency owners while diagnosing campaign performance and improving creative outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You run all paid media on Meta for our program
  • You own the numbers, diagnose at the concept level
  • You write the message for ads, VSL, book-a-call page
  • You'll help own strategy and scripting for organic content
  • You'll run a weekly group coaching call with our students

Requirements

  • You've run B2B paid media at a high level, national campaigns, six figures a month in spend
  • B2B lead gen specifically: agencies, coaching/info, or high-ticket services sold to businesses
  • Deep on Meta
  • Direct-response copywriting is one of your strongest skills
  • A track record of original concepts and angles
  • You can explain why an ad works to someone less experienced
  • Portfolio or work samples
