Requirements
2+ years in performance creative, paid social, or content roles where your work directly impacted metrics like CTR, CPA, or conversion rate.
Strong instincts for what works in paid social.
Experience with performance data (Meta, TikTok, Motion, etc.)
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and with a cross-functional team
Comfort in editing, scripting, recording, or fixing bottlenecks.
