About the role

  • Creative Lead overseeing performance and creative strategy for a growing fintech company. Leading systems design and managing a creative team to drive 8-figure revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the weekly creative pipeline end-to-end.
  • Work closely with our Media Buyer to turn performance data into creative direction.
  • Build and scale our creator engine.
  • Design and refine the systems that power the creative team.
  • Set the direction for what we test and why.
  • Build tight feedback loops between performance and production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in performance creative, paid social, or content roles where your work directly impacted metrics like CTR, CPA, or conversion rate.
  • Strong instincts for what works in paid social.
  • Experience with performance data (Meta, TikTok, Motion, etc.)
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and with a cross-functional team
  • Comfort in editing, scripting, recording, or fixing bottlenecks.
