About the role

  • Creative Lead managing paid social strategies and creative team performance at Bree. Focused on metrics and driving revenue growth in the fintech space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the weekly production pipeline and deliverables across the creative team
  • Collaborate with our Media Buyer to align creative output with account performance
  • Lead the overarching strategy for our creator and influencer program
  • Build and maintain the infrastructure of the creative department
  • Provide final approval on all UGC and static briefs

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy or Performance Marketing
  • Data-obsessed with performance metrics
  • Project management experience with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Social media savvy with knowledge of Paid Meta trends
  • Strong preference for experience in the B2C fintech space
