Responsibilities
Partner with clients and internal teams to assess new requests and identify viable solution approaches
Participate in pre-sales conversations, contributing to delivery strategy and rough-order estimates
Maintain structured and accurate Jira boards and reporting artifacts
Review APIs, data models, and system dependencies to validate feasibility
Support QA and UAT to ensure solutions meet defined requirements
Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned clients
Coordinate work across North America, EMEA, India, and Australia
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in technical delivery, project management, or technical program management within a SaaS or technology services environment
Experience delivering API integrations, CRM implementations, or custom technical solutions
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience facilitating sprint ceremonies
