About the role

Enterprise implementation consultant launching API integrations for Canopy Connect, which powers secure insurance data experiences. Guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, go-live, adoption, renewals, and expansion.

Responsibilities

Understand how insurance verification is done in key verticals
Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, including setup, testing, and go-live
Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts
Manage cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams
Advocate internally for customer needs and provide structured feedback to product and engineering
Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure measurable customer value
Support contract renewals and growth initiatives with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership

Management consulting experience in insurance, automotive, or real estate
Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs
Ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations
Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions
Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols
Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
