About the role
- Bilingual Contracts & RFP Specialist responsible for managing contract lifecycles and ensuring compliance in the healthcare sector. Collaborate across teams for efficient contract management and tender responses.
Responsibilities
- Delivering end-to-end tender management, contract management through its entire life cycle, contract maintenance
- Negotiate terms & conditions with customers
- Project manage and respond to RFPs
- Check multiple RFP websites daily for updates
- Advise and provide guidance across all management levels
- Minimize exposure to contractual risks
- Ensure compliance with BOPs
- Drive efficiencies through process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 3+ years of experience with contracts management
- Fully Bilingual – French & English
- Strong functional knowledge of a contract lifecycle management system
- Experience working with data and reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau or other BI tools
- Knowledge of the Canadian Health Care System
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to lower Vantive’s risk
