About the role
- Senior Implementation Consultant onboarding healthcare providers to Veradigm’s Practice Fusion billing software. Training clients, gathering payer documentation, and supporting billing workflows post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients
- Provide, review, and train clients on the Billing Software system
- Gather required documentation for successful implementation
- Follow up with and answer client calls and emails
- Respond promptly to internal and external requests for information
- Gather documentation and information for the Payer Enrollment team
- Train clients on Billing Software use, key configuration, and common workflows
- Support clients post-go-live with claims questions, denials, and related clarifications
- Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR to input required billing setup details
- Provide education on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR
- Understand integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software
- Comply with and enforce relevant policies and procedures
- Achieve goals set by the supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2+ years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses
- Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
- Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this position
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required as a condition of hire
