About the role
- Proposal Coordinator managing proposal lifecycle for RFPs in government sector. Collaborating with technical teams to develop high-quality, competitive proposals.
Responsibilities
- Review proposal requirements & prepare schedule to facilitate the proposal process
- Communicate and coordinate with others to gather information in accordance with RFP requirements
- Create and manage proposal templates and content library
- Organize all written materials supplied by support groups
- Write and edit sections of proposals, complete document formatting and proofreading
- Develop and maintain templates and standards for all proposals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the coordination of RFP/BID proposals
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience with RFP/BID proposal processes in the government sector would be a tremendous asset
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
