About the role

  • Wealthsimple marketing graduate rotating across product, lifecycle, acquisition, and influencer campaigns. Shipping client-facing content, testing strategies, and analyzing performance for Canada’s financial platform.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-month early talent rotational program starting in January 2027
  • Rotate across two marketing teams in roughly six-month rotations
  • Choose between or be matched to Product & Client Marketing and Growth Marketing streams
  • Own parts of product launches, campaigns, campaign flows, paid campaigns, lifecycle flows, channels, or creator partnerships
  • Write product copy, campaign emails, push notifications, in-app messages, educational content, and creator briefs
  • Learn Wealthsimple products and explain their functionality, underlying mechanics, and competitive value
  • Use data and AI tools to analyze performance and make recommendations
  • Build technical skills using messaging platforms, HTML, CSS, and advertising platforms
  • Ideate and experiment on lifecycle and cross-sell strategies
  • Manage audience targeting, suppression rules, conditional logic, testing, and QA
  • Conduct paid performance marketing across platforms such as Meta and Snap
  • Source, brief, and measure influencer and creator partnerships
  • Create work that outlasts each rotation and provide clear handover documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary institution or a recent graduate
  • Current co-op, non-co-op students and new grads welcome
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • No immigration or relocation support provided
  • Interest in category-leading marketing
  • Coachability and ability to apply feedback
  • Curiosity about the future of marketing
  • Scrappiness and ability to find alternative solutions
  • Comfort working across many stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Interest in personal or business finance
  • Clear understanding of Wealthsimple and ability to explain its products simply
  • Marketing internship experience or an end-to-end project owned, such as a student association, startup, team leadership, or self-built project
