IAM Product Manager/ Business Analyst

IAM Product Manager/Business Analyst needed for a top 5 bank in Canada. 6 - month contract, 2 days/week in Toronto, ON.
About the role
- Product Owner I responsible for Salesforce platforms at World Education Services, translating business needs into technical solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements and support product roadmap for Salesforce solutions
- Serve as the primary business representative for Salesforce initiatives
- Partner with business teams to understand priorities and translate them into clear user stories
- Maintain and execute a prioritized Salesforce product backlog across enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational improvements
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to coordinate releases
- Monitor in-flight Salesforce initiatives and provide regular status updates, risks, and dependency visibility
- Identify recurring operational pain points, and recommend scalable Salesforce workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA capacity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations
- Experience supporting backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
