Product Manager at Wisedocs developing AI platform to transform insurance claims analysis and decision-making. Seeking innovative candidates to drive user-centered product improvements.
Responsibilities
Case preparation and user workflows: Understand real user behavior, iterate based on what works in practice, and develop a sharp perspective on how users actually work.
Rapid prototyping and iteration: Move quickly from concept to interactive prototype using AI-assisted tools. You know how to structure small projects and get users reacting to real demos rather than descriptions.
Performance metrics and analytics: Build a clear view of how users interact with the product using Snowflake, PowerBI, FullStory, and Grafana. You're comfortable ramping on new tools independently.
Execution and delivery: Write clear PRDs, manage sprint cycles, keep stakeholders aligned, and own post-release analysis.
Broader product contribution: As you ramp, contribute perspective and ownership across other Wisedocs product lines as the company expands.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for fields that develop structured, systems-level thinking and translate well to complex operational workflows.
We are actively looking for early-career candidates or those transitioning into product from adjacent backgrounds (e.g. biology, health sciences, design). What matters more than years of experience is what you have already built, how fast you learn, and how hungry you are to do meaningful work.
A genuine background in UX, interaction design, or front-end development: not a designer role, but you have a developed eye for how products should feel to use; you can communicate that clearly, and it shows in work you have already done.
Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor. You know how to structure a small project and get to something clickable fast. Figma is already part of your toolkit.
Technical foundation in software development, computer science, or a closely related discipline. You can engage credibly with engineering teams, read code when needed, and reason about system constraints.
A data-driven mindset: motivated to understand what product data is saying and build fluency in analytics tools without needing someone else to translate it for you.
Rapid prototyping ability: When you have an idea, you show it. You are comfortable spinning up working demos using tools like Vercel, Claude Code, Figma, or similar, and can go from concept to tangible in hours.
Speed of learning: You absorb new domains and contexts fast and do not wait to be fully ready before moving.
Operational excellence: being detail-oriented and relentless about follow-through is table stakes here.
