- Digital Architect leading data, software, and integration architecture for public-sector transformation. Guiding Agile teams through modernization, service innovation, and digital delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support large-scale digital transformation, service innovation, and modernization initiatives within a complex public-sector environment
- Serve as a senior technical leader within cross-functional Agile product teams
- Provide architectural direction across data, software, integrations, application design, and digital services
- Lead solution architecture and establish overall technical direction
- Lead domain modelling and database schema design
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Submit two project/assignment examples demonstrating Digital Architect experience, including architectural responsibilities, project complexity/scope, delivery approach, and technologies/architecture capabilities used
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Architect, Software Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or closely related senior architecture role
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional Agile product teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading solution architecture and establishing overall technical direction
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading domain modelling and database schema design
- Minimum 5 years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Strong architectural leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Submission requires two project/assignment examples demonstrating Digital Architect experience
- Each project example must show specific architectural responsibilities, project complexity/scope, delivery approach, and technologies/architecture capabilities used
- Recent public-sector, digital service delivery, modernization, or enterprise transformation experience is particularly valuable
