Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to ideate and deploy logical solutions for API management projects. Engage in cross-functional discussions to facilitate seamless system integration and deployment. Support the creation and maintenance of API developer portals using platforms such as Apigee, MS Azure, and Envoy. Document current technology capabilities and design future state solutions to enhance customer experience. Own and validate system requirements from design through deployment, ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. Assist testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases. Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, provide recommendations, and support project deliverables. Maintain focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout all phases of project work.
Requirements
- API domain expertise (minimum 3 years). Strong understanding of API gateway technologies (minimum 2 years). Experience managing APIs within the API management domain (minimum 3 years). Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in API developer portal platforms such as Apigee, MS Azure, or Envoy.
