About the role
- Business System Analyst role focusing on treasury, FTP, and Tableau. Acts as SME on market risk, conducts business analysis, and manages stakeholder relationships in financial projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements related to treasury and FTP. Review regression test results, explaining and validating result variances. Provide expertise on banking product features, valuation systems, and project deliverables. Engage with multiple stakeholders to align project vision and manage end-to-end deliverables. Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and senior management. Present updates and insights across all organizational levels, including senior leaders. Support process mapping, re-engineering, and change management initiatives. Analyze financial data to derive value-added insights and support decision-making. Facilitate communication across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or engineering. 5-7 years of experience in finance, treasury, or ALM. Experience with Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and market risk concepts. Strong SQL, Excel, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly. Experience with process re-engineering and cross-functional project management. Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
