- Role – Data Analyst. Focus on requirements gathering and validation in data projects. Work with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable requirements and reports. Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an empathetic approach to understanding user needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles with a focus on requirements gathering and validation in data projects. Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Typescript; advanced Excel skills required. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle ADW/ATP, or similar platforms is a plus. Solid understanding of database structures, data collection methodologies, and data quality assurance practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable requirements and reports. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Empathetic approach to understanding user needs and ensuring solutions are user centric and impactful.
