About the role

  • Lead global Fixed Income technology modernization. Own Broadridge IMPACT, mentor team of 10-15, drive Agile/DevOps practices in post-trade systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a technical team of 10–15 specialists. Own Broadridge IMPACT globally: administration, upgrades, enhancements, and SME guidance. Drive modernization, Agile/DevOps practices, and operational excellence across post-trade systems. Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver robust, high-performing solutions. Manage projects, budgets ($2M–$15M), and ensure global compliance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Broadridge IMPACT experience in Fixed Income / Post-Trade / Settlements. Ownership or administration of IMPACT, with platform upgrades and enhancements. Deep understanding of trade capture, confirmations, clearing, settlement, fails, and reconciliations. Experience with CTB (Clearance, Trading & Billing), depositories, and vendor management. Leadership experience at Manager/Senior Manager level; Director-level growth potential.
