Responsibilities
The Endpoint Remediation Specialist will support vulnerability remediation efforts across our client’s workstation environment. This role will collaborate closely with the Service Desk and Security teams, receiving day-to-day guidance from the Senior Security Analyst. The primary focus is to reduce the vulnerability backlog, execute remediation activities, and provide ongoing metrics to demonstrate progress over time.
Requirements
3–5+ years in Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Endpoint Engineering roles. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (compliance policies, update rings, application deployment, proactive remediations, PowerShell-driven actions). Experience using Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools. Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, workstation applications, and configuration management. Comfortable analyzing vulnerability findings and translating them into actionable remediation steps.
