About the role
- Our client is hiring a Manager, Financial System on a 6-month contract to support growth. This in-office role involves system controls, financial integrity, and GAAP reporting.
Responsibilities
- As the Manager, Finance Systems you are responsible for maintaining and improving system controls, ensure integrity of financial balances, financial systems, ensure reporting is in line with GAAP. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to Systems Enhancement, Upgrade & Compliance, System Documentation & Audits, Business Process Improvement, and other special projects.
Requirements
- CPA with 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience, this is an individual contributor role, although titled Manager; Strong data and systems skills including Excel [Advanced/Macros], Power BI, SQL and knowledge/experience with data analysis Strong communication skills [written and verbal]
