Responsibilities
- We are hiring a Java Backend Developer for a full-time position in Mississauga, Ontario. The role requires 5+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot, microservices, and working in an Agile environment. You will work with web services (REST/SOAP), databases (Oracle/MongoDB), and microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes). You should have experience with design patterns, data structures, and tools like Team City, JIRA, and Git. You will coordinate with different stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Java Spring Boot / Microservices; experience in Agile environment; web services (REST/SOAP); DB (Oracle/MongoDB); Microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes); Design and Architecture (Micro-services design pattern); Data Structures and Algorithms; Team City, JIRA, Git; Good knowledge of Object Oriented design principles; Good knowledge of Java standard library; Hands-on experience with Object Oriented programming; Hands-on experience with Spring Boot; Knowledge of cloud platforms; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
