- University degree; CPA or MBA preferred. 5+ years in finance/accounting with project experience. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
