About the role

  • Marketing Manager role owning brand, messaging, and demand generation for a technical B2B SaaS product. Must have experience marketing to engineers and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve brand messaging and value proposition for a technical audience. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for engineers and technical buyers. Lead top-of-funnel demand generation focused on lead growth and pipeline impact. Build and execute integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and conferences. Manage and optimize campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools. Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to improve lead quality and conversion. Own website messaging and continuously optimize performance and conversion. Run A/B testing and data-driven optimization across campaigns and channels. Support conference and field marketing initiatives (pre-, during-, post-event).

Requirements

  • Must-Have Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing. Experience marketing technical products to engineers or technical audiences. Hands-on demand generation experience (email, digital, events, LinkedIn). Experience with HubSpot, CRM, AI & marketing automation tools. Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts. Strong attention to brand quality and consistency.
