About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for representing business priorities and managing product delivery on a cross-functional scrum team, owning end-to-end delivery of wealth management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of critical wealth management capabilities, balancing business outcomes, regulatory considerations, and technology execution to deliver measurable value for advisors and clients. Set vision and direction for key wealth management capabilities including client onboarding experiences, fund transfer capabilities, and trading functionality. Develop and maintain product vision and roadmap for enhancements, own product lifecycle from intake through delivery, lead user research and testing, prioritize product backlog, write epics and stories, document use cases, collaborate with technology and business partners, use data to inform decisions, evaluate work from scrum team, document processes, create training materials, and lead business planning meetings.

Requirements

  • University degree (Business, Commerce or related field) or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of relevant experience. Agile product management experience. Ability to understand client, advisor, and business needs and translate strategic objectives into action. Ability to develop vision for product features and break them into clear epics and stories. In-depth knowledge of Agile product management processes and principles. Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams. Capacity to lead, influence and motivate colleagues without formal authority. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders and partners.
