Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth execution. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance event quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Seven or more years of project management and event planning experience in financial services or banking. Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, project management, or related field; or equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office tools and event technology platforms such as Cvent and Formsite. Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting virtually and in person. Ability to influence, build consensus, and work independently under tight deadlines. Adaptability to evolving priorities, ambiguity, and changing responsibilities.
