About the role
- Senior Contract Management Specialist role requiring Ontario Construction Act knowledge and complex contract management experience. 12-month contract at $107.54/hour, 35 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- This is a senior, hands-on role requiring extensive knowledge and practical application of the Ontario Construction Act and strong experience managing complex contracts within large, regulated organizations. Key responsibilities include contract drafting, negotiation, claims & dispute management, and cradle-to-grave supply chain and procurement experience.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of senior contract management experience. Strong Construction Act (Ontario) knowledge (mandatory). Contract drafting, negotiation, claims & dispute management. Cradle-to-grave supply chain and procurement experience. Infrastructure / public-sector project exposure preferred.
