About the role

  • ServiceNow Lead/Specialist contract role requiring 5+ years experience with ServiceNow platforms including APM, CSDM, Service Catalogs, and banking/financial services knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow projects and manage cross-functional teams. Work with ServiceNow modules including APM, CSDM, Service Catalogs, Incident/Change/Problem, CMDB, Demand Management, and integrations. Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and process maps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of proven experience with ServiceNow. Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow projects and managing cross-functional teams. Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation, workflows, and process maps. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) highly desirable.
