Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects within the financial services domain. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical developers, to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project budgets ranging from $500K to $10M efficiently and effectively. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate agile ceremonies and support iterative development practices. Bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Proactively identify and resolve project issues, roadblocks, and dependencies. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement throughout project lifecycle. Stay current on AI trends and incorporate innovative practices into project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing AI or machine learning projects in a financial or fintech environment. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-demand, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business units. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience managing project budgets from $500K to $10M. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a drive for continuous learning. Familiarity with startup or fintech environments is preferred. Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in project delivery.
