Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with strong technical skills. Proven experience in financial or sales data reconciliation and reporting validation. Experience investigating data discrepancies across multiple systems. Ability to work independently and drive analysis with minimal supervision. Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders to gather data and validate outputs. Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills (data extraction, complex queries, troubleshooting data issues). Experience reconciling data between transactional systems and BI/reporting platforms. Familiarity with BI reporting tools and financial reporting platforms (e.g., OneStream or similar). Strong data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.
