About the role
- Advanced Trade Reconciliation Specialist role for a global financial institution. 6-month contract in Toronto, focusing on settlements, reconciliation, and supporting a system upgrade.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between Traders and Clearing teams. Coordinate settlements for North American and Global securities (Bonds, Equities, Money Markets). Perform financial analysis on monthly statements and balance money entries. Support a major system upgrade project (BaNCs).
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. 1–2 years of experience in financial services/trade settlements. Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for financial data. Excellent communication skills for cross-institutional coordination.
